Job Role:
- Design and execute comprehensive assessment frameworks aligned with L&D programmes.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes (Kirkpatrick Model, ROI, etc.).
- Partner with business and functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps and learning needs.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning assessment projects, from needs analysis to post-programme impact studies.
- Implement tools and platforms for knowledge checks, feedback collection, and performance measurement.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and learning best practices.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, facilitators, and external partners to integrate assessment strategies into programme design.
- Lead L&D reporting and dashboards for leadership reviews and audits.
- Support the upskilling and certification journeys through diagnostic and summative assessments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.
- 610 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on assessment and evaluation.
- Deep understanding of learning science, assessment models (Blooms Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI), and adult learning principles.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), digital learning tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Proven project management experience; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data interpretation skills.
