- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Forecast sales volumes and plan targets by product, territory, and channel.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and Sales Executives.
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and training.
- Foster a performance-driven and customer-centric sales culture.
- Channel & Distribution Management
- Expand and manage dealer/distributor network.
- Ensure proper channel engagement, inventory management, and conflict resolution.
- Implement schemes, promotional offers, and marketing activities at the ground level.
- Business Development
- Identify new market opportunities and expand business for pan India
- Build strategic partnerships with key accounts (e.g., builders, architects, institutions).
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Regularly review sales performance metrics and generate detailed reports for senior management.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability at regional and product levels.
- Track ROI on campaigns, product launches, and initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, product development, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
- Provide market feedback for product improvement and new product development.
