Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Executive for Training & Development to join our team in Janakpuri. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on designing and implementing effective training programs. This role requires a strong understanding of learning and development principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Design and Implementation:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers.
- Create training materials, manuals, and other educational content.
Facilitation and Delivery:
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at various levels.
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, and tools to maximize training effectiveness.
- Evaluate the impact of training programs and make improvements as needed.
Employee Development:
- Support the career development of employees through coaching and mentoring.
- Identify high-potential employees and create personalized development plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of individual development plans.
Training Administration:
- Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venues, and materials.
- Manage training budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with HR and department managers to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Provide regular updates and reports on training activities and outcomes to senior management.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in training and development, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using training software and tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in developing e-learning programs
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in training and development
- Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CPTD) is a plus
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Additional certifications in training and development are an advantage
