Program Manager - Automotive Industry (5-8 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in Manesar. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in program management, preferably within the automotive industry. This role involves overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they align with strategic business goals, and delivering results within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Oversight: Lead and manage multiple programs/projects from inception through completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver expected outcomes.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute program strategies and roadmaps that align with organizational goals and industry standards.

- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including team members, budget, and tools, to ensure program success.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at various levels to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with program objectives.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize impact on program delivery.

- Performance Monitoring: Track program performance using key metrics and KPIs, and report on progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management.

- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve program management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful program execution.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently and effectively.

- Change Management: Oversee the change management process, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
