Job Description:
- We have an urgent opening for a Store Manager in the Jewellery industry based in Hyderabad.
- The ideal candidate will have 4 to 12 years of experience in retail management, with a strong background in sales, team handling, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and achieve store targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage store staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
- KPI/KRI Tracking: Monitor and analyze KPIs and KRIs to evaluate store performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and address any customer issues or complaints promptly.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- 4 to 12 years of experience in store management within the Jewellery, Luxury, or Retail industry.
- Strong sales and team management skills.
- Proven ability to set and achieve KPIs/KRIs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
