Job Description
MODI BUILDERS & INFRASTRUCTURES PVT LTD. is looking for Legal and Liaison Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal and Liaison Manager to join our team
- In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing legal matters and serving as a liaison between our organization and external stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and legal representatives
- You will provide strategic legal guidance, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and represent the organization's interests in various legal and regulatory proceedings
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management and staff on a wide range of legal issues, including contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and litigation matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the organization's interests and minimize legal risks
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the organization's operations and ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements
- Manage legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution processes, in collaboration with external legal counsel
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to promote legal compliance and risk management across the organization
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government agencies, regulatory bodies, and legal representatives, and represent the organization's interests in meetings, hearings, and negotiations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and legal professionals
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance, human resources, and operations, to address legal and regulatory issues impacting business operations
