About the Role

We are seeking a creative and talented Video Editor to join our team and bring our content to life. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a polished product that aligns with our brand vision and goals. This position requires a keen eye for detail, storytelling skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our creative team.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Edit video footage, sound, graphics, and animations to produce high-quality visual content.
• Cut and sequence footage, ensuring logical flow and high engagement.
• Adjust colors, audio, and special effects to enhance the quality of videos.
• Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Export and compress files for web, social media, and other platforms, optimizing for various formats.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Desired Candidate Skills:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to handle feedback and adapt edits to align with creative direction.
