Physician Recruiter

Moolchand Hospital in Delhi is seeking a talented and experienced Clinician Hiring Specialist to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities:

• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet hospital standards and job requirements.
• Offer Management: Coordinate job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the hospital.
• Employer Branding: Promote the hospitals brand to potential candidates, emphasizing its culture, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, medical directors, and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with hospital policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Maintain accurate records and documentation of the hiring process.
