The Facility Manager is responsible for managing and supervising all engineering-related maintenance activities in a ticket-based operational environment. This includes oversight of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and painting works. The role is strictly technical and operational, with no involvement in procurement or cost-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Operations (Engineering-Focused)

Supervise the maintenance and repair of all MEP systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.

Manage general civil and interior work such as masonry, carpentry, and painting.

Ensure timely closure of all service requests and tickets raised through the ticketing system.

2. Ticketing & Workflow Management

Monitor and manage incoming maintenance tickets via the helpdesk or CMMS.

Prioritize, assign, and track completion of tasks to internal teams or service vendors.

Maintain accurate records of ticket resolution times, maintenance logs, and service reports.

3. Team Supervision & Technical Oversight

Supervise a team of technicians and ensure adherence to work quality and safety standards.

Provide technical guidance and ensure proper troubleshooting for all engineering systems.

Conduct routine inspections and assessments of equipment and infrastructure
