Experience: 3-15years

4 -6 years of pre-salesexperience in Digital Engineering services (Application development, Support/Maintenance) or Infrastructure.

R & R:

Endto End pursuit management

Ownershipand accountability for end-to-end bidmanagement of deals

Manageand coordinate stakeholder relationships the Sales, Delivery, IT, finance andlegal throughout the bid cycle

Abilityto design and develop Solutions along with delivery and sales SPOC inputs

Abilityto articulate executive summary, win themes as part of the proposal

Strongknowledge on pricing models and bench marking

Workalong with Sales and Delivery teams on RFP/RFQs requirements for proposalcontent by analyzing the bid details, identify win themes, solutioning andassociated risks for the project.

SKILLS ANDEXP :

The candidate should have previously worked with operationalexperience in managing Application support & development projects

Demonstrable experience of working on large and complex bids asa Bid Manager with effective co-ordination with Solutioning team (Delivery), sales lead and finance team for commercial modelling.

Strong organizational, facilitation and project managementskills

Experience, capability in interfacing Sales team spread acrossglobal locations

Determined andenthusiastic in bringing pursuits to a successful closure

Excellent interpersonal skills

Understanding of Shipleys Methodologies in writing successful/winning proposal is a plus

Shipleys certification is a plus
