Good for Middle Level Resources as you get to learn the new skills in a production environment while working with the clients onsite. Chances of getting on to the payroll of the clients. However, chances are bleak(may not be even 5%).
Not good for senior resources. Hikes are not given even after 3 years. Besides this, variable pay will be deducted on play of number game.
