- Achieve Territory Target like Fresh Premium and Renewal Premium, Agents Activation and recruitment
- Ensure YOY and MOM Positive growth on Existing Key and Emerging Sales Mangers productivity
- Establish and maintain high standard of sales quality as measured by productivity and ethical sales practices, ensure customer satisfaction-Policy holder.
- Ensuring that the Agency Associate Partners/ Agency Managers are meeting their team targets as well as individual sales targets.
- Interacting with them regularly to assess their status & push & motivate them to maintain productivity.
- Devising promotional programs for maximum market coverage and reach.
