Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire new Financial Advisors (part-time associates).
- Provide training, development, and motivation to the team.
- Drive motor insurance business through the recruited advisors.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in insurance sales (any channel).
- A Bachelor's degree or above.
- Candidates must be local residents of Kushalnagar | Ramanagara | Challakere | Belgaum | Kadur | Mysore | Bagalkot | Chennraipatna | Mangalore
