Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Ensuring Gold Loan @ Home Target achievement (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually).
- Develop & Drive Sales Strategies for setting up and scaling up Loan@Home Business.
- Responsible for Business Development and the Portfolio Management for the gold Loan@Home Business for the assigned Zones.
- Coordination with Regional offices, Branches & Loan@home team for Business generation.
- Team Management & Team productivity (time to time trainings).
Preferred candidate profile
- Applicants having minimum 5 years of service in the Organization/BFSI.
- Applicant must possess good communication skills both in English, Hindi & Local Language.
- Should have good team management skills and driving them for business target achievement.
- No Disciplinary Action should have been taken/pending against the applicant.
- These vacancies are for male candidates only & Management graduate (MBA) will be preferred.
