We are hiring fresher tele callees for banking process

Role & Reponsibilities:- They need to call the customer & inform about the products to the customers. Our product is loan. Preferred candidate profile:- Minimum 12th Pass Gender:-Male & Female both can apply.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Introduce products or services and explain their benefits.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
Overcome objections and handle customer queries.
Inbound Calls:
Answer incoming calls from customers.
Provide accurate and timely information.
Resolve customer issues and complaints.
Transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed.
Data Entry:
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and sales.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
Customer Service:
Build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Resolve customer issues to their satisfaction.
