Executive - HR (Payroll)

Position Title: Executive-HR(Payroll)

Location: Bidadi, Bangalore ( Office pickup and drop are available from Bangalore at certain pickup locations.)

Job Summary: The Payroll/HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing payroll functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions. This role also involves supporting the HR department with various HR-related tasks, including employee data management, compliance, and recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

• Accurately process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and labor laws.
• Calculate employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions (e.g., taxes, benefits, leaves).
• Manage and update payroll records, including attendance, leave, overtime, and other relevant data.
• Prepare and distribute pay slips to employees.
• Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, TDS, and other deductions.

HR Operations:

• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and benefits information.
• Assist with employee exit formalities, including full and final settlement processing.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and submit statutory returns and reports within deadlines.
• Assist in audits and inspections related to payroll and HR activities.

General HR Support:

• Support HR initiatives and projects as required.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including correspondence, filing, and maintaining employee databases.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
