Job Title : Application Developer SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)

Job Summary :

As an Application Developer - SAP MDG, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring SAP MDG applications that align with business processes and application requirements. In this SME-level role, you will lead a team of developers, provide strategic input, and ensure delivery excellence. You will be a key player in driving data governance, maintaining master data integrity, and mentoring junior team members.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and implementation of SAP MDG solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage a team of developers to ensure project success.

- Own and make key team-level decisions while contributing to broader strategic decisions across teams.

- Provide innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.

- Guide and mentor junior professionals; ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.

- Organize and lead regular knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.

- Stay current on industry trends, SAP product updates, and best practices in data governance.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must-Have Skills :

- Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) tool.

- Deep understanding of data governance principles and data quality management.

- Experience in data modeling, including entity and relationship design.

- Expertise in SAP ERP system integration and end-to-end master data lifecycle.

- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP MDG solutions.

Additional Information :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP MDG.

- 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.

- This role is based in Coimbatore, and candidates must be willing to work from this location.
