Before entering an internship, candidates have to perform a total 6 projects that are related to communication and sales. Then candidates will go under 15 days of field training, and then internships will start.
1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and retailers to foster loyalty and increase sales.
2. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company through effective sales strategies and techniques.
3. Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
4. Product Promotion: Promote new and existing products to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about features and benefits.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and retailers to relay to the product development and marketing teams for improvement.
7. Promotional Activities: organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility.
