Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual/Automation Testing (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.

- Perform manual and automation testing to identify defects and ensure product quality.

- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Postman and Rest Assured.

- Execute regression testing to verify that fixes do not introduce new defects.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand product features and requirements.

- Identify, log, and track defects using a defect tracking system.

- Perform database testing to validate data integrity and consistency.

- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on software quality.

- Stay up-to-date with testing methodologies and tools.

Qualifications :

- 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Proficiency in manual testing techniques.

- Experience in API testing using Postman and Rest Assured.

- Knowledge of database testing concepts.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to identify defects.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
