One of our clients a Top Tier 1 IT Services Company is looking to hire for an MS CRM role.
Skill : MSCRM, Dynamics365, PowerApps.
Location : PAN INDIA.
Experience : 5 to 12 yrs.
Position type : Permanent.
NP : Immediate to 90 Days.
Job Description :
Primary skill : MSCRM, Dynamics365, PowerApps.
Responsibilities :
Technical Design & Development :
- Lead the technical design and development of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and Azure-based solutions.
This includes :
- Designing and implementing customizations, configurations, and integrations for Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including Omnichannel solutions.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and portal development, Testing, Implementing, Debugging and Documenting the complex programs.
- Developing solutions using Power Pages, Power Apps, and other Power Platform components.
- Implementing data migration strategies for Dynamics 365.
- Utilizing Azure services such as Application Insights, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Web Apps, and Azure APM to build scalable and reliable solutions.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of developers, providing technical direction and support.
This involves :
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Helping team members develop their technical skills and expertise.
- Technical Expertise & Innovation : Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in the Microsoft ecosystem and explore new ways to leverage these technologies to improve business processes.
This might include :
- Researching and evaluating new tools and technologies.
- Prototyping and developing proof-of-concept solutions.
- Sharing knowledge and expertise with the team and the wider organization.
Collaboration & Communication :
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Relevant experience in software development with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 for Customer Service, including customization, configuration, Omnichannel, and third-party integration.
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Platform administration.
- Proficiency in Azure technologies, such as Application Insights, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Web Apps, and Azure APM.
- Solid experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with GitHub and source control best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable. (PL-400).
