Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant/Developer to design, develop, and implement CRM solutions that enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE), strong technical expertise in customization, integration, and deployment, and a deep understanding of Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, scripts, and integrations using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Power Automate
- Implement PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power BI, and Power Automate to enhance CRM functionality
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party applications, Azure services, and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware
- Work on data migration and transformation using SSIS, KingswaySoft, or Azure Data Factory
- Optimize CRM performance, scalability, and security, ensuring compliance with best practices
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality standards
- Provide technical documentation, training, and post-deployment support to end-users
Technical Skills & Requirements :
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Field Service
- Experience in customizing CRM forms, entities, business rules, workflows, and dashboards
- Hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for Dynamics CRM custom development
- Experience in developing plugins, custom workflows, and business logic extensions using .NET Framework/Core
- Knowledge of PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls development
- Strong experience in RESTful APIs, Web Services, and OData for CRM integrations
- Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Dataverse (Common Data Service - CDS)
- Experience in SSIS, KingswaySoft, or Azure Data Factory for data migration and ETL processes
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines for CRM deployments using Azure DevOps or Git
- Familiarity with CRM security models, role-based access control (RBAC), and authentication mechanisms
- Experience in Dynamics 365 on-premise and cloud environments
Additional Skills (Preferred) :
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook integration with Dynamics 365
- Familiarity with AI-powered CRM solutions and chatbots using Power Virtual Agents
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Education & Certifications (Preferred) :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate
