Java Architect (9-12 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Java technologies to lead the design and development of our next-generation software solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications, and will have a proven track record of leading development teams and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-performance solutions using Java technologies.

- Architect and implement microservices-based applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, DevOps, and QA, to define and deliver technology roadmaps.

- Ensure the implementation of best practices in coding, architecture, and design patterns across the development lifecycle.

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decision-making.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our systems.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and evaluate their potential impact on our architecture.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

- Hands-on experience with Kafka and microservices architecture.

- Solid understanding of database design and optimization principles, including relational and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with building and deploying scalable and high-performance applications.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor development teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
