HR Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive for the Bangalore location (on-site). The major responsibilities of an HR Executiveisthe recruitment process and admin related task.Handling basic oce tasks,suchas filing,delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry. Completing onboarding process, joining formalities, opening salary accounts, sim card allotments.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Recruitment and Hiring process. (Talent Acquisition.)
• Preparing Job Description as per requirement.
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and assignments and scheduling their interviews with respective people.
• Posting Job alerts on dierent Job Portals.
• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback
• HR Admin related task, vendor management.
• Host events for the employees to keep the workplace fun and engaging.
• Sourcing Profiles from dierent Job Portals, and building connections on LinkedIn.
• Coordinating with dierent consultancies and placement agencies.
• Ensure the department is adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Manage your daily and weekly activities.
• Employee engagement activities.
