About Us:
Gourmet Craft is a boutique premium luxury catering service, curating exquisite culinary experiences for high-end clientele. We specialize in bespoke events that blend exceptional cuisine with elevated presentation and flawless service. As we expand our footprint we are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our business development efforts.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a smart, well-connected, and ambitious Sales Manager to drive revenue and build relationships. The ideal candidate should come with experience in Banquet Sales (luxury hotels, private venues) or Luxury Goods Sales, and must be comfortable operating within high-net-worth (HNI/UHNI) social circles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the luxury catering and events segment.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with event planners, corporate clients, wedding planners, luxury lifestyle agencies, and HNIs.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized catering solutions that align with the Gourmet Craft experience.
- Work closely with the culinary and operations team to deliver seamless events.
- Represent Gourmet Craft at premium social and networking events to generate leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly report on progress.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Banquet Sales (luxury hotels, high-end event venues) or Sales in Luxury Goods/Services.
- Existing network and experience in dealing with affluent clientele is a must.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- High social quotient - should be comfortable navigating elite social and corporate circles.
- Self-starter with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
- Passion for food, hospitality and luxury experiences is a plus.
