Data Intelligence Coordinator

Understand how the elements of system maintenance and optimization play a role in delivering on the underlying transportation strategies stipulated in the Transportation Management including:
* Master Data Set Up
* Strategic Freight Procurement
* Transportation Planning
* On Time Pick Up Management
* In-Transit Tracking of vehicles
* Load Completion/ delivery
* Financial Approvals
* Analytics and Continuous Improvement In collaboration with regional business services and other technical support groups
* Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation
* Handle contingency provisions (Business Continuity Plan) Configure and ensure both internal SAP data and 3rd party tools (e.g. Distance & Duration, Jaggaer, In-Transit Visibility etc.) are in alignment with business policies and objectives to support operational excellence Perform proactive system health checks targeting erroneous data and wasteful system processing scripts to ensure consistent and predictable system performance Coordinate with transportation partners with the configuration and maintenance of
* Route guides
* Rates and accessorial packages
* Transit timing, means of transport and vehicle types
* Planning profiles and user variants Participate and provide relational data for implementation/improvement activities, and assist in the development of frontline user subject matter expertise Develop standard MIS reports with different dynamic attributes using Power BI Tool Assist in integration and implementation of different Customer Service tools impacting transportation management Ensure Asset Intensity and prepare IT Capex budget Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standard Routines in his area of work Prepare test scripts and testing plans for any new development in SAP Transportaion module or other 3P tools linked to SAP interface Participate in NCE operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of transportation operation process
