Trainee

Purpose: The primary objective of the traineeship program is to bridge the gap between academic education and practical work experience. By offering hands-on training and mentorship, we aim to equip young talents with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the field of manufacturing. Job Details: • Machine Operation: Operate and monitor assigned machines or equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to maintain quality standards and meet production targets. • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting machines, to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. Report any malfunctions or abnormalities to the maintenance team for timely repairs. • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to verify product specifications, identify defects, and ensure adherence to quality standards. • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Follow lockout/tagout procedures, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including machine logs, production reports, and quality control documentation. Duration: The traineeship program will run for a period of 12 months, from the DOJ Eligibility: • Education Qualification: ITI course (All Trades)/ Diploma (Any specialization) • Eligible Batch: 2023 & 2024 Pass-outs • Should have scored 50% marks in 10th, 12th & ITI/ Diploma • Age: 18 - 25 years • Ready to work in all 3 shifts. • Gujarat Domicile is a must: Training Plan: A comprehensive training plan from KLO will be followed for each trainee, outlining the specific learning objectives, tasks, and milestones to be achieved during the program. Evaluation: • Trainees will be evaluated 3 times in a year based on their performance and completion of assigned tasks. • After the successful completion of training period, Appointment letter will be issued. ?
