Profile Description-

Working Days: 5 days (Sat-Sun week off)

Shift: General Shift Shift Timings: 9 hours

Location: Bangalore only(If you're staying in Bangalore then only you can apply)

Experience: 6 months experience in cataloging is mandatory

Role Brief:maintain a clean and healthy platform. However, these initiatives are rapidly evolving in response to the dynamic nature of compliance issues influenced by social media trends, public relations, regulatory changes, and government notifications. The Compliance Social Media Resource will be responsible for managing and resolving all compliance-related social media escalations received from our customers. Additionally, they will proactively monitor the platform, address compliance issues, and collaborate with the Compliance Ops team to ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.

Desired Background:

• The individual should possess a thorough understanding of operations, catalog management, and compliance audits.
• Maintenance of catalog quality as per the compliance guidelines. ● Follow ETA, TATs, and SOPs religiously.
• Manage social media escalations received from relevant teams and address them in accordance with the SOPs.
• Policy non-adherence check: The candidate is accountable for conducting diverse compliance-related checks and balances through various methods, as required, to identify non compliant listings.
• MS Office, MS Excel, and Google applications.
• Should have good verbal & written communication for interacting,
• Understanding compliance requirements.
• Self-learning skills and had to be a goal-oriented person.
• Should be able to navigate through ambiguity
