LoB Overview (Data) : The eCommerce business unit comprises of more than 600 members, based out of Kolkata, Mumbai, and Gurgaon, working on 24X7 engagements. The team is a mix of delivery managers, project managers, and team leads who manage large teams, handle client relationships and ensure high-quality, on-time, predictable delivery quality check leads Training, MIS, and process improvement teams content writers, image editors, content QC, fraud & risk management agents, and process associates who are responsible for delivering high quality.
