Job Description:
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close using consultative sales methods.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Responsible to work to generate new business and manage existing business - 60% Hunting and 40% Farming
- Maintain a high level of Sales activity and build a healthy opportunity sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales quota
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as cold calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
- Grow revenue from existing clients by upselling and cross.
Must Have's:
- Experience with B2B sales, Corporate Sales.
- Experience with selling SaaS based products or selling subscription-based products.
- Experience with conceptual sales, solutions selling and value-based selling.
- Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills
- Able to self-motivate and work independently.
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong sense of initiative and desire to achieve.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
