NexInfo - Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant (3-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of both the technical and functional aspects of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to support, implement, and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the effective use of Oracle EBS modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Oracle EBS modules of Supply Chain.

- Design and implement solutions using Oracle EBS, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Provide technical support for Oracle EBS, including PL/SQL development, customization, and integration with other systems.

- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

- Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, and training materials.

- Train end-users on Oracle EBS functionality and best practices.

- Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Oracle EBS and provide recommendations for upgrades and optimizations.

- Collaborate with IT teams to manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6-12 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant with Oracle EBS.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules in SCM.

- Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and other relevant technologies.

- Experience with data migration, integration, and report development.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
