Oracle EBS Techno functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Lead to oversee and drive end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). This role requires strong technical expertise, functional knowledge, and leadership skills to manage a team, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality Oracle EBS solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers and functional analysts, provide strategic direction, and ensure alignment with business objectives while maintaining system integrity and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Oracle EBS developers, functional consultants, and analysts.
• Manage resource allocation, task prioritization, and project timelines.
• Conduct technical and functional reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and enforce best practices, coding standards, and documentation guidelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for various Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS).
• Design and implement solutions using Oracle EBS, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical support for Oracle EBS, including PL/SQL development, customization, and integration with other systems.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, and training materials.
• Train end-users on Oracle EBS functionality and best practices.
• Stay updated on new features and enhancements in Oracle EBS and provide recommendations for upgrades and optimizations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant with Oracle EBS.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules in SCM & MFG Modules - WIP & BOM.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and report development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
