E-Commerce Operation Specialist (Technical Operations)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, product listings, inventory sync, and day-to-day operations across multiple marketplaces and brand websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, catalog updates, and pricing on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, etc.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for new product onboarding, inventory uploads, and content management.
  
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and tracking.
  
• Handle return and refund management as per platform SOPs.
  
• Use Excel, ERP, and API tools for reporting and performance tracking.
  
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activities across platforms.
  
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  
• Identify bugs or system glitches and coordinate with tech/support teams for resolution.
  
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
  

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
  
• Min 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
  
• Strong command of Chatgpt, Canva, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and order processing platforms.
  
• Knowledge of marketplace panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
  
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and e-commerce tech systems is an added advantage.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
