Role Responsibilities :

- Design and develop highly responsive, clean, and efficient front-end interfaces using ReactJS.

- Implement server-side logic and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

- Manage and optimize database interactions with MongoDB.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure technical feasibility and a seamless user experience.

- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

- Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.

- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

- Ensure responsiveness of applications across various devices.

- Work closely with the team in an Agile environment to deliver project milestones.

- Resolve technical issues and bugs efficiently.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Document development processes, code, and technical specifications for future reference.

- Assist in the mentoring of junior developers and contribute to their growth.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 9 years of experience in MERN stack development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with ReactJS for building user interfaces.

- Proven experience in Node.js and Express.js for building server-side applications.

- Familiarity with MongoDB and database management.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration approaches.

- Experience using version control systems, specifically Git.

- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality code.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

- Good communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in deploying applications on cloud platforms is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude toward new challenges.
