Role Responsibilities:

• Design and develop highly responsive, clean, and efficient front-end interfaces using ReactJS.
• Implement server-side logic and APIs using Node. js and Express. js.
• Manage and optimize database interactions with MongoDB.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure technical feasibility and a seamless user experience.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Ensure responsiveness of applications across various devices.
• Work closely with the team in an Agile environment to deliver project milestones.
• Resolve technical issues and bugs efficiently.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Document development processes, code, and technical specifications for future reference.
• Assist in the mentoring of junior developers and contribute to their growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in MERN stack development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with ReactJS for building user interfaces.
• Proven experience in Node. js and Express. js for building server-side applications.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and database management.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration approaches.
• Experience using version control systems, specifically Git.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality code.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in deploying applications on cloud platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude toward new challenges.
