Role Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective enterprise sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients post-sale.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote company services.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members as needed.
- Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and sales progress.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align initiatives with sales goals.
- Lead Generation, conversion and closure.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Expertise in negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the tech industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
- Team player who can cultivate positive relationships.
- Creative thinker with a customer-first mentality.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
