NoBroker - Manager/Associate Director- Real Estate Research (5-12 yrs)

Job Description:

As a Research Manager you will play a vital role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and market trends in the Indian real estate sector. This role requires a good understanding of the Indian real estate market, strong analytical skills, and a good understanding of various macro-economic factors influencing the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create in-depth research reports, white papers, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Communicate findings in a clear and understandable manner, catering to various audiences.

- Share research findings and insights to drive strategic initiatives.

- Contribute to real estate research through the interpretation of trends and patterns, surveys, and policy analysis in the sector.

- Lead the practice for creating tactical and strategic research outputs focused on global trends, macroeconomic fundamentals, industry trends, cross-linkages around financial markets and real estate markets, private investments, emerging trends in major asset classes, and long-term forecasts.

- Identify skill sets relevant to research - analytics, content writing skills, forecasting, and macroeconomic expertise to create a knowledge platform centered around putting out cutting-edge research themes.

- Responsible for thought leadership and industry whitepapers, market intelligence, and media articles on policy and regulatory matters bearing an impact in Indian real estate.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Should have prior experience of working in a Consulting companies.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and report-making.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of the real estate sector and current market trends.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
