NoBrokerHood offers a plethora of services and features that enable its customers to manage multiple activities inside residential buildings, housing societies, and gated communities. From finding domestic help to monitoring visitor entry and managing maintenance or utility bill payments, it's all done from your phone. It also strengthens the safety of your society by keeping visual and digital records of all entries and exits accessible anytime and anywhere and automates staff entry through facial recognition or a biometric process.
Job Description:
- A Business Account Manager (BAM) will be responsible for maintaining and sustaining long-term relationships with every onboarded apartment owner in a particular geographical region or territory assigned to them.
- Track and manage all critical tasks and roles/responsibilities through the use of standardized task plans and tools.
- Escalate any product or client issues for timely resolution.
- Ensure adherence to compliance processes and procedures.
- Exceed client expectations as measured through client surveys.
- Complete assigned implementations on time or early to ensure client success.
- Work closely with the sales, product, operations, and other teams, coordinating all functional project tasks to ensure the timely implementation of services to the client's satisfaction.
- Handle complex situations and make decisions independently.
- Facilitate meetings with clients to help them understand the onboarding roadmap, set expectations, and build rapport.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved consistently.
Desired Candidate's Profile:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have a two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driver's license (DL) - mandatory.
- Should be proficient in Hindi and English; knowledge of a regional language will be a plus.
- Should be comfortable working on weekends, with a week off between Monday and Thursday.
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.).
Key Qualifications:
- Graduation in any field.
- 0-5 years of experience.
- Willingness to travel in the field.
