Job Description

A Business Account Manager (BAM) at NoBrokerHood plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. The BAM is responsible for post-sales support, addressing client concerns, and ensuring the seamless onboarding of new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain long-term relationships with onboarded clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

- Post-Sales Support: Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Onboarding New Clients: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, providing necessary training and support to ensure successful adoption of services.

- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services or upgrades that align with client needs, contributing to revenue growth.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
