Novopor - Site HR Head (15-20 yrs)

About:

- Recruitment & Selection: Lead the recruitment process for site positions, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Lead manpower planning & budgeting at site level.

- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting open communication. Address employee concerns and resolve grievances promptly and effectively. Drive Employee Engagement activities at Sites in coordination with Corp. HR team.

- Talent Management: Ensure proper deployment of Talent Management strategies and initiatives.

- Performance Management: Implement and monitor performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs at the site level and drive capability development initiative at sites.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws and regulations at the site with zero non-compliance in statutory, internal, customer audits. liaising with all external authorities to ensure legal & statutory compliance.

- HR Operations & Reports: Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Generate necessary HR reports for management review and presentation.

Nature of Experience:

- 15 to 20 years' experience in leading the Site HR function in Chemical Industry, Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceutical or related Manufacturing Industry. (Min. 5 years as Site HR Head).

- Proven experience in managing HR function at site level.

- Proactive and result oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and liaison skills.

- Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations.

- Ability to build relationships with employees and management across levels.

- Candidates should read, write, speak in Telugu, Hindi, English.

- Must be comfortable travelling across two sites in Vizag.
