Job Description:

As the head of the DSA content development team, you will lead the creation, review, and continuous improvement of engaging DSA content and product features, while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

- Manage team that develops high-quality, well-researched, and engaging content on DSA, including tutorials, videos, and more.

- You will head the DSA content development team and act as the primary point of contact for all DSA content-related initiatives.

- Review and approve content to ensure it meets quality standards, is accurate, and resonates with students.

- Gather and analyse feedback from students to continuously improve content quality and relevance of the product.

- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to develop interactive features and tools that enhance the learning experience

- Continuously train DSA instructors to maintain a high standard of teaching and ensure consistent content delivery.

- Conduct regular contests and challenges to engage the students and reinforce learning through practical application.

- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in DSA.

Skills:

- Very strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Location: NxtWave Office Spaces in Hyderabad
