Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to focus on machine learning for translation projects involving 22 languages and AI-driven content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NLP, experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, and a passion for enhancing and automating content creation processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Machine Learning Model Development :

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for natural language processing tasks including translation, content generation, and text analysis.

- Create and optimize models for 22 different languages to ensure high accuracy and performance in translation tasks.

AI-Driven Content Creation :

- Develop and implement AI tools that enhance and automate content creation processes, including text generation, summarization, and enhancement.

- Collaborate with content teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including content creators, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.

- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of AI tools and models.

Research and Innovation :

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and AI-driven content creation.

- Conduct research to explore new techniques and technologies that can be applied to improve translation and content creation processes.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization :

- Continuously monitor the performance of AI models and tools, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary updates.

- Address and resolve any issues related to model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Qualifications :

Educational Background :

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Certification Courses in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning is a plus

Experience :

- Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a focus on natural language processing (NLP).

- Working experience in LLM is an added advantage.

- Experience with translation models and content generation tools is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with working on multilingual projects involving at least 22 languages.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).

- Experience with NLP techniques and tools (e.g., BERT, GPT, Transformer models).

- Develop fine-tune, and optimize models using local or cloud resources

- Any .net C# knowledge will be a plus.

- Solid understanding of common programming languages used in AI, such as Python, Java, C++, and R.

- Familiarity with deep learning and machine learning algorithms and the use of popular AI/ML frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
