Roles and Responsibilities

Position : Property Manager

Education : Full Time BE in electrical with 10 Yrs

Experience : Experience in FM Industry for MEP

Preferred candidate: Candidate should be locally from Mumbai

1. Follow-up & tracking on the prepared preventive maintenance schedule
2. Daily morning meeting with the client/ Ops team for 24 hours report.
3. Proper facility rounds with shift Engg.
4. Preparing documents for engineering audit.
5. Preparing critical equipment specification.
6. Proper inventory control & tracking of material.(With the help of Supervisor )
7. Coordination with Operation & Engineering teams
8. Timely reporting on failure equipment & appropriate measures for rectification
9. Timely reporting on daily activities of operation, maintenance of Engg. Relative equipments & energy consumption (Electrical, Water & fuel) to The Head of engineering Dept. through mail & hard copy of all the reports.
10. Daily Briefing of Engg person during shift hand over
11. Preparing a Periodic Preventive Maintenance schedule for all the equipment.
12. Preparing a complete equipment inventory.
13. Proper tracks of all maintenance complaints made with the vendors.
14. Tracking of AMC & renewal for utilities equipments.
15. Preparing shift schedule for maintenance team for 24x7 operation & maintenance.
16. Preparing Weekly & Monthly reports & reporting to head of engineering dept. through mail.
17. In the emergency, crisis to take the decision to restore the situation. if no one available from higher authority.
