We are seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our team at Odisha Job Consultancy. As a HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our client companies. This is a full-time role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Qualifications and Skills
Any Graduate/ BBA/ MBA
Proven work experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role for 6 Months to 2 years
Familiarity with various sourcing portals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in candidate evaluation and documentation
Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
Recruitment Consultancy or academic counsellor experience is plus
Roles and Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen and shortlist candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles
Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, applicant tracking, offer negotiation, and on boarding
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
