(B) ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Instructional Design - Identify, design, develop, and deliver training modules tailored to business needs.

2) Manage LMS & Content Library - Ensure smooth functioning of the LMS and maintain an up-to-date content repository.

3) Authoring Tools Expertise - Utilize SCORM-compliant tools for seamless e-learning content development.

(C) ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

1) Minimum 3 years of experience Instructional Design

2) Hands-on experience with Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and SCORM standards

3) Proven track record in creating and delivering content across various formats.

4) Hands-on experience with managing and using LMS platforms.
