i. Restrict access into Plant Premises to authorized personnel only.

ii. Execute a total 24 X 7 manned Control room and monitoring of the same.

iii. Standardize the guarding services, with strict monitoring of performance .

iv. Daily enforcement of use of PPEs at various locations of plant.

v. Ensure effective liasioning with law enforcement agencies such as IB, Police, Army and Para military Inter business units.

vi. Ensure effective random checks of all the personnels in plant for using/consuming prohibited items.

Vii. Training outsourced guards and supervisors

to horn their skills as per organization

requirements.

vii. Preparing daily, weekly and MIS reports and

further submitting it to HOD.

viii. Keeping and vigil on the labour issues and

conveying it to the plant management.

ix. Men, material, traffic and visitor

management at site as per the laid down

SOP.

x. Responding to all safety related

accidents/incidents as a first responder.
