Officer

Oversee the operation, calibration, validation, and maintenance of all laboratory andproduction equipment, including analytical instruments, spectrometers,chromatographs, and other precision tools.

Troubleshootinstrumentation issues and coordinate repairs with internal teams or externalvendors.

Develop andmaintain a comprehensive calibration schedule for all equipment and ensuretimely execution.

Prepare and updatecalibration and maintenance records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Quality Control (QC):

Conduct routinetesting and analysis to ensure product quality meets established standards andspecifications.

Review andvalidate analytical data generated by instruments for accuracy and precision.

Supportinvestigations into non-conformances related to instrumentation and testing.

Quality Assurance(QA):

Develop, review,and implement SOPs and work instructions related to instrumentation and qualityprocesses.

Participate inaudits (internal and external) and ensure instrumentation compliance with ISO,GMP, or other relevant standards.

Support riskassessments and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) forinstrumentation-related issues.

Training and Development:

Train laboratoryand production staff on the proper use and care of instruments.

Stay updated onthe latest advancements in instrumentation technologies and recommendimprovements or upgrades.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors/Mastersdegree in Engineering, Instrumentation, Chemistry, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 yearsof experience in QA/QC or instrumentation in a manufacturing or laboratoryenvironment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency inusing and maintaining analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Visspectrometers, FTIR, etc.

Strong knowledgeof calibration, validation, and troubleshooting techniques.

Familiarity withISO, GMP, or other relevant quality standards.

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a team setting
