Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of customer engagement initiatives across all channels (Email, Push Notifications, SMS).
- Develop Email content from scratch and execute using email marketing tools
- Develop and evolve advanced segmentation strategies that deliver truly personalised marketing programs and exceptional user experiences.
- Leverage analytics, trended data and deep customer insights to identify and execute innovative programs that continually push CRM initiatives to the next level.
- Build and maintain a test and learn road map and work to continually iterate and optimise CRM efforts in order to increase the effectiveness of all channels.
Requirements:-
- 2-3 Yrs experience in Digital Marketing
- Fluent in Written English Communication
- Email marketing experience preferred
- Content/copy writing background preferred
