Job Description
Role & responsibilities (Capex Projects)
- Basic and detail engineering for all Projects activities executed in site.
- Datasheets, GA drawings and layouts review and approvals
- Capex preparation and its related activities
- SAP related activities like PR, SRN, Budget flow etc.
- Procurement activities and vendor follow-ups
- Co-ordinate and execute the HAZOP study and is responsible for its timely execution
- To co-ordinate with various project stake holder for timely completion of project work.
- To prepare the bar chart of execution of all projects and prepare monthly report for all projects
- Implement the project work as per Drawings (PFD, PID, Layout & GA Drawings).
- Prepare as-built drawings and handover the facility to maintenance department.
- Erection and commissioning of Projects with respect Quality, safety & time
- Vendor Bills certifications and accounting
- Equipment qualification and HVAC Validation
- Ensure self and contractor to follow the environment, health and safety rules
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma / B.E Chemical / Mechanical Engineering Background
- 7 to 10 years of overall experience, should have handled independent project executions
- SAP, AutoCAD knowledge
- Should ready to relocate to Hosur
