Job Description


  1. Providing contractual man power to all departments according to approval and requirement.
  2. Recruitment of Contractual manpower and verify their documents required for statutory compliance and company requirements.
  3. Looking after NAPS apprenticeship recruitment and compliance of apprenticeship act. Look after time office with statutory compliances (like maintain muster roll, leave with wages register, EPF challan & ECR, ESIC challan & ECR, preparation of Bonus of contractual manpower & security personnel.
  4. Ensure timely compliances of factory under Factory Act 1948 and Labor Act 1970 &1971 (Factory license, labour license, explosive license, zila panchayat license, fire and safety NOCs, Pollution NOCs and returns).
  5. Implement the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the companys overall development plan. Coordinating with finance department for processing of payments to vendors and contractors.
  6. Looking after personnel/IR activities of factory and liaison with local bodies & government officials. Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are all in compliance.
  7. Explains company personnel policies, benefits, and safety plans to new joining employees/ contractual manpower/ apprentice or job applicants.
  8. Deal with the employees grievances regarding salary, leaves, EPF and ESI, Bonus etc.
  9. Looking after welfare activities in plant like proper canteen facility, first aid treatment, drinking water, changing room, working condition at work place, employee/ guests refreshment and transportation facility etc.
  10. Coordinates and conducts various training programs for internal and external audit purpose to employees/ workers and staff in regard to soft skills, fire safety, health and hygiene etc.
  11. Prepare and maintain all HR documents for companys social requirements. Keep renew and validate of agreements of service vendors of company “Bus, Tax, Labour & security contractor, Pest control, scrap vendors”.
