SNP Crystal Bridge Expert - SAP Platform (8-10 yrs)

Role : SNP Crystal Bridge Expert (8 Years Experience)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute SAP landscape transformation projects utilizing the SNP Crystal Bridge platform.

- Analyze complex SAP system landscapes and define optimal transformation strategies.

- Design and configure data migration scenarios, including data selection, cleansing, and transformation rules within Crystal Bridge.

- Utilize Crystal Bridge functionalities for automated data migration, system carve-outs, and landscape harmonizations.

- Develop and execute test plans for data migration and system integration, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during Crystal Bridge implementations and data migration processes.

- Collaborate closely with SAP functional teams, technical teams (Basis, ABAP), and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Provide expert guidance on SNP Crystal Bridge capabilities and best practices.

- Contribute to the development of project documentation, including data migration strategies, technical designs, and cutover plans.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities of the SNP Crystal Bridge platform.

- Potentially mentor and guide junior team members on SNP Crystal Bridge methodologies.

Required Skills :

- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP landscape transformations and data migration projects.

- Deep and demonstrable expertise in using the SNP Crystal Bridge platform (formerly known as BODS/SLT within the context of SNP).

- Strong understanding of SAP data structures across various modules (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA).

- Proven ability to design and configure complex data migration scenarios within Crystal Bridge.

- Experience with different Crystal Bridge functionalities for various transformation approaches (e.g., Bluefield, Selective Data Transition).

- Solid understanding of SAP Basis concepts and ABAP debugging skills are a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects using SNP Crystal Bridge.

- Knowledge of other SAP data migration tools and methodologies.

- SAP certifications related to data migration or specific SAP modules.

- Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments and migrations using Crystal Bridge.
